The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will shut down the registration window for the UPSC Civil Service Exam Detailed Application Form 1 (UPSC CSE DAF 1) today.
Applicants who are eligible can fill the UPSC DAF 1 available on the official website: upsc.gov.in. Applicants who have further qualified the preliminary examination can only fill the UPSC IAS DAF 1. The registration window will shut down at 6 PM.
The UPSC had initiated DAF 1 on 11 July. The commission had further announced the result of the UPSC Civil Service preliminary examination on 12 June. Applicants who are eligible have to log in through the OTR portal to access and submit the DAF 1.
It must further be noted that it is expected that the e-admit card for UPSC IAS main examination, along with the timetable for the examination, will be uploaded on the UPSC website: upsc.gov.in, three to four weeks prior to the exam.
Applicants can further inform the commission of any changes in their postal address, email address or mobile number post submitting the form.
The UPSC CSE prelims exam was held on 28 May. As many as 14,624 applicants have qualified for the UPSC CSE Mains exam 2023.
