I earn about 30 per cent more than in 2019 because of recent beautification and construction in and around the Krishn Janm Bhumi temple and the increase in footfall in Mathura

It is not very significant. Saving is difficult because I look after the family’s daily needs. My brother sells clothes and takes care of other expenses

What things does your house now have that it did not in 2019?

We had a two-wheeler before, we have not bought anything new

What things does your neighbourhood have that it did not in 2019?

The road in front of my shop is new. It was widened and repaired two-three years ago. There are no power cuts in my area now

Have central/state govt schemes made any difference to your life? How?
We don’t avail any such benefit. We are happy with our shop here

Do you encounter more corruption or less in your daily life? Can you cite from personal experience areas where you are directly affected by corruption?

No, I have not suffered because of corruption. I have no idea about it
